    Secure Laser Prescription ( Rx ) Paper

    Washington Tamper-Resistant Prescriptions
    (TRPP) Legislation

    A new state law passed in 2009 to combat unauthorized, improperly altered and counterfeit prescriptions.
    (RCW 18.64.500)
    Starting July 1, 2010, all prescriptions written in Washington State must be on board-approved tamper-resistant prescription paper or pads (TRPP).

    Micro Format is an approved Washington State provider of Tamper Resistant Rx Paper Products.

    All Micro Format Rx Paper Products meet and exceed all Washington State and Medicaid Requirements.
    		This site is designed for use by DOCTORS, HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS
    and MEDICAL CLINICS
    Varifiable documentation is required to order from this web site.

    The use of Script Paper is controlled by Federal and State Agencies.
    Any attempt to purchase Rx Paper Products by unauthorized persons
    or by persons providing falsified information will be reported to the proper authorities for prosecution to the full extent of the law.

    Acceptance of any and all orders for Rx Paper Products is at the discretion of the Micro Format Document Security Compliance Team.
    NOTE -----
    Micro Format Laser Rx Paper Products meet all of the Washington State Requirements
    ONLY after a valid format is COMPUTER PRINTED on the front of the script.

    The Washington State Board of Pharmacy has just completed the design for the Official Seal that will need to appear on every script.

    By mid to the end of March 2010, we anticipate being ready to ship Washington State Laser Rx Paper Products that will meet the July 1st 2010 requirements.
